What is coaching?
Coaching is a personalized partnership designed to help you uncover your goals, unblock obstacles, and unlock potential as you navigate change of any kind. While it is not therapy, many people find it therapeutic to both be heard and supported in action.
How is coaching different?
Unlike consulting, counseling, or mentoring, there is no hierarchy and coaches will not advise based on their experiences. Coaches are trained to help YOU determine your next steps. The Coach holds space for working through the change.
What can a coach help with?
Any kind of change (big or little) you want to make for yourself. Examples: changing careers or retiring, getting out after injury or illness, communication, finding purpose or clarity on obstacles, navigating relationships, or just getting "unstuck."
