
The Coaching Approach
What we’ll do in coaching:
Work together to help you identify what is most important to you, what is standing in your way, and how you’d like to go about creating the change you want.
As I coach, I believe in you:
I believe you know yourself better than anyone, have the answers you’re seeking, and you are infinitely capable of achieving your goals. I help you uncover those goals and unleash your potential, as you see fit.
Coaching is:
A committed space for you to work through changes. Coaching is listening to you very carefully and asking impactful questions to guide you towards your own answers, and support you, sometimes by gently challenging a statement, or helping you employ accountability checks for yourself. And then, I hope you’ll continue to apply all you’ve learned about yourself through coaching.
Coaching is not:
Mentorship, consulting, or therapy (though many people find it therapeutic).
